Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

A well‑established residential builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a range of residential projects across Melbourne’s western suburbs. You will be responsible for delivering quality homes on time and within budget while coordinating trades and maintaining site safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential builds from start through to handover.
• Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and milestone achievement.
• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections and progress reporting.
• Maintain site safety, toolbox talks and OH&S compliance.
• Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively.

Required profile

• Trade qualified (carpentry highly regarded).
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Senior Supervisor in residential construction.
• Experience delivering high‑volume residential or townhouse projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, sequencing and building standards.
