Site Manager – Office Fit Outs

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fit‑Out Site Manager to lead high‑quality commercial fit‑out projects for a leading national builder. The role involves overseeing all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage site operations for fit‑out projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with fit‑out specifications and timelines.
• Maintain strict safety compliance and industry standards throughout the fit‑out process.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers to meet project objectives.
• Monitor progress, provide timely updates to stakeholders and proactively resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial fit‑outs with a tier‑2/3 builder.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach to keep projects on track.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.
