Site Manager – New Build & Fit Out

About the role
Lead commercial projects valued at $10M‑$15M across new build, fit‑out and refurbishment in Adelaide. You will own site delivery from establishment through to handover, working closely with the Project Manager and broader team.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations and logistics.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to meet programme, safety and quality targets.
- Drive construction programmes, monitor progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Lead site meetings, manage inspections, defects and project close‑out.
Required profile
- Proven site management experience in commercial construction.
- Experience delivering projects of $10M‑$15M, including new build and fit‑out/refurbishment.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming and site coordination.
- Sound knowledge of WHS, quality and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
