Site Manager

About the role

Metricon Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead residential construction projects in Acacia Ridge and surrounding suburbs. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, defect‑free homes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall site performance, scheduling trades and ensuring availability of subcontractors.
• Proactively resolve build issues, liaise with clients, and maintain compliance with cost and project management practices.
• Review building practices, enforce OHS and quality standards, and hand over completed homes to customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
• Strong project management abilities, knowledge of building and OHS regulations, and QA systems.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and conflict‑resolution skills.
