About the role

Lead the delivery of a $50M commercial construction project for a nationally established builder in Adelaide. You will provide overall site leadership, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and commercial objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day site delivery and manage the subcontractor base.
Drive construction programmes, sequencing, logistics and short‑term planning.
Conduct site meetings, coordinate subcontractors and maintain WHS, quality and compliance standards.
Resolve site issues, support commissioning, practical completion and handover.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team.

Required profile

Extensive site‑management experience on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial projects valued at $30M+.
Proven ability to lead large site teams and complex subcontractor packages.
Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder‑management skills.
Trade background, preferably carpentry.

Required skills

Construction methodology and sequencing.
Site programming and planning.
Site coordination and logistics.
Carpentry trade knowledge.
