Site Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure

About the role

Lead the safe and successful delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across Australia, overseeing day‑to‑day site operations and ensuring projects meet safety, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site‑based construction activities for EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on programme.
• Monitor productivity, progress, resources and site records while supporting commercial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, DNSPs and other stakeholders.
• Drive safety leadership through pre‑starts, toolbox talks, audits and risk management.
• Maintain quality standards via inspections, ITP implementation, defect management and commissioning readiness.
• Support planning activities such as shutdowns, cable installations, switchboard changeovers, testing and commissioning.
• Mentor and develop electricians, apprentices and supervisors.

Required profile

• Hold a Grade Electrical Licence.
• Proven experience supervising and delivering electrical, infrastructure or civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation, site safety requirements and quality management processes.
• Current White Card, Driver's Licence and relevant industry certifications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
