Site Manager – Euabalong West

About the role

The Site Manager will lead a team of Grain Handlers at the Euabalong West grain storage and distribution facility, ensuring safe and efficient receipt, storage, and outload of commodities. This hands‑on position offers autonomy, variety, and strong community connections.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the team and coach their development.
• Maintain relationships with local growers, customers, and the community.
• Prepare and oversee area maintenance and pest‑control services.
• Identify maintenance needs and uphold site presentation standards.
• Manage safety programmes and risk‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in plant operations, preferably within the grain industry.
• Proven ability to supervise, support and develop workgroups.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational demands.
• Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Current unrestricted driver licence and basic IT literacy.
