Site Manager – Commercial Fit‑out Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well‑established mid‑tier commercial construction business delivering high‑quality fit‑out and refurbishment projects across Perth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys managing multiple concurrent projects, and is committed to delivering complex commercial spaces to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site delivery across 2–3 active fit‑out/refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, and site programming for concurrent works.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
• Liaise closely with Project Managers and internal delivery teams.
• Drive site safety, compliance, and defect‑free handover outcomes.
• Oversee site reporting, coordination, and progress tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit‑out or refurbishment.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in live environments and tight programme schedules.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Trade background or construction qualification highly regarded.
