Site Manager – Ballarat

About the role

This is a great opportunity for an organised, motivated and customer‑focused Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality homes and creating a positive building experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the construction process from start to finish, scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure all OH&S requirements are met, maintain quality standards, and deliver homes within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, monitor and manage ETS budgets, and build strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve site issues before they impact the build.

Required profile

• Previous Site Management experience, ideally within volume residential construction.
• Strong understanding of the residential building process and ability to manage multiple builds at different stages.
• Excellent planning, organisation, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Motivated, accountable, positive approach and ability to work independently while part of a broader team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OH&S regulations and compliance.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control for construction projects.
