Site Financial Controller

About the role

Alstom is seeking a Site Financial Controller to support its Bellevue manufacturing site, providing strategic and operational financial support to drive performance, transparency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial partner to the Site Managing Director and leadership team, delivering accurate and insightful financial information.
• Monitor, forecast and analyse QCD financial indicators, identifying risks, opportunities and performance levers.
• Set financial targets, establish cost‑control environments and validate financial data from site functions.
• Lead site‑level budgeting, rolling forecasts, actuals and the 3‑Year Plan.
• Ensure compliance with Alstom’s internal control framework, accounting standards and reporting guidelines.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Finance or a related field.
• Background in site controlling, project controlling or external audit.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, transparency and professional courage.
• Experience working in an international, matrixed environment.

• Excellent analytical capability to interpret and challenge complex data.
• Ability to manage large data sets and drive performance through insight.
• Strong problem‑solving capability and commercial judgement.
