Shopify Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to build, customise and maintain Shopify (or Shopify Plus) stores for retail and consumer‑goods brands. You will work closely with product, design and marketing teams to deliver high‑performing e‑commerce experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customise Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3/SASS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Integrate Shopify Admin API, Storefront API and Webhooks with third‑party systems such as ERP, POS and marketing platforms.
• Implement headless commerce solutions using frameworks like Hydrogen or Next.js where required.
• Ensure responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility and optimal Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate in an agile environment, using Git for version control and participating in sprint planning.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, optimise performance and support A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Customize checkout experiences with Shopify Functions and Checkout UI Extensions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Shopify development experience.
• Strong understanding of retail e‑commerce operations, product catalogs, inventory sync and order management.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross‑functional agile team.
• Solid problem‑solving and debugging skills.
