About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a leading consulting practice delivering digital transformation programs for Australia’s Defence and Government sectors. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile projects across Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow solutions for Defence and Government clients.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and optimisation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts and client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on best practices and scalable ServiceNow adoption.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation across ServiceNow environments.

Required profile

• Strong ServiceNow implementation and consulting experience.
• Experience working in enterprise or government environments.
• Hands‑on platform configuration and solution design capability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
