Service Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

Join SC Johnson Professional as a Service Technician, delivering installation, maintenance and audit services for our skincare, cleaning and hygiene dispensers across hospitals, aged‑care facilities, manufacturing sites and other commercial locations in Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage territory call cycles and maintenance plans.
• Conduct end‑user site audits and identify sales opportunities.
• Safely remove and install dispenser units on various surfaces (gyprock, brick, concrete, tiles, mirrors).
• Operate power drills and replace or upgrade dispenser components.
• Restock dispensers and ensure work sites are clean and safe.
• Liaise with onsite stakeholders such as cleaners and healthcare professionals.
• Perform safety risk assessments and complete site inductions.
• Comply with Workplace Health & Safety legislation and any additional responsibilities as required.

Required profile

• Experienced installation technician with a strong focus on customer excellence.
• Punctual, presentable and able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the Brisbane/QLD area.
• Current, clear driver’s licence and Covid‑19 vaccination.
• Successful criminal history check and unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Installation of dispenser units.
• Operation of power drills for mounting on diverse wall types.
• Use of mobile devices (smartphone, iPad/tablet, laptop) for reporting and documentation.
