Service Technician – HVAC & Chiller Systems

About the role

Join a global OEM leader in climate and energy solutions as a Service Technician. You will receive in‑house product training on chillers and Building Management Systems while providing on‑site support for commercial HVAC equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs and preventive maintenance on air‑conditioning systems, chillers and related commercial equipment.
• Take ownership of issues from diagnosis through to resolution, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to sales growth, market share expansion and overall profitability of the business.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive, professional and punctual with a strong can‑do attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HVAC systems and components.
• Knowledge of quality‑assurance procedures.
• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Air‑conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence.
