Service Manager - Cunderdin

About the role

Hutton & Northey Sales, an established agriculture machinery and equipment dealership in the Wheatbelt, is looking for a Service Manager for its Cunderdin location. The business serves seven locations across the region and values quality people, processes and outcomes for its growers.

Key responsibilities

• Staff management, training and mentoring
• Workshop job management: scheduling, forward planning, supervision and quality control
• Customer relations development, liaison and dispute resolution
• Workplace maintenance: identifying issues, focusing on safety, keeping up to date with products and programs, and supervising maintenance and replacement of workshop tools and equipment
• Business development: spotting additional market opportunities, improving productivity and efficiency, and liaising with other heads of department

Required profile

• Previous management experience, or a service technician wanting to move into a service management role
• Exposure to agricultural machinery preferred
• Valid driver's licence

• Basic computer skills
