Service Delivery Manager

About the role

The Financial, People and Engagement Data team delivers data platforms, services and insights supporting Macquarie's Finance, Treasury and Risk Management teams, working across Data Warehousing, Solutions, Data Quality, Observability & Assurance. As a Service Delivery Manager you will drive consistent service management and delivery practices across the team, working with capability leaders, business stakeholders and technology teams to improve how work is prioritised, planned, governed and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear visibility of delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, workforce planning and financial performance
• Coordinate operational processes across multiple teams and support service performance reporting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster collaboration between business and technology stakeholders
• Contribute to the delivery of data services that support Finance, Treasury and Risk Management

Required profile

• Experience in service delivery, business operations, portfolio management or a related discipline, able to coordinate work across multiple teams and priorities
• Strong planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills, translating business needs into technology and data delivery outcomes
• Experience producing operational, portfolio or service performance reports, using tools such as Jira
• Understanding of risk management, controls, compliance and assurance, supporting governance and operational improvement
• Advantageous: data platforms, data operations or financial services experience, plus exposure to budgeting, resource planning or cost management
