Service Centre Manager

About the role

Aggreko is seeking a Service Centre Manager for its Perth depot to lead the local administration and operations service department. You will oversee fleet, stock, budgets, project planning, technical training, HR and QHS&E, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical advice to customers and support growth initiatives.
• Manage daily and weekly service targets for the senior service supervisor and service team.
• Oversee financial tasks including invoicing, debt collection and reporting.
• Ensure fleet readiness for rental and maintain fleet livery.
• Control stock levels, conduct accurate stock takes and stay within budget.
• Promote safe working practices for all service staff and contractors.
• Plan onsite project needs and support customers throughout hire enquiries.
• Maintain depot standards and audit against Aggreko Global Service Center Standards.
• Facilitate daily toolbox meetings and participate in powerpack meetings.
• Support Operations Manager and Black Belt on Orange Excellence projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams in a rental warehouse environment.
• Trade or engineering qualification – electrician, diesel mechanic or refrigeration mechanic preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and drive continuous improvement.
• Advanced PC literacy and problem‑solving capabilities.
