About the role
A dealership in Caroline Springs, Victoria is looking for a Service Advisor to own the customer's experience from the moment they arrive until the vehicle is collected. The role covers everything from greeting customers on the driveway to explaining the repair process.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information and report all vehicle symptoms clearly
- Establish a follow-up time and monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice matches the work done on the repair order
- Ensure compliance with group and stakeholder policies
Required profile
- Current driver's licence
- Dealership experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, neat and tidy appearance, friendly attitude
- Team player who is self-motivated and well organised
