SEO Specialist – Digital Agency

About the role

RCJ is seeking a proactive SEO Specialist to join its growing digital team. You will work closely with the SEO Manager and broader digital colleagues to design, implement and optimise SEO strategies that boost organic visibility and drive measurable traffic for a range of agency clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search‑intent reviews to uncover SEO opportunities.
• Develop and apply on‑page SEO recommendations for website pages, blogs, product pages and landing pages.
• Support technical SEO audits, including crawlability, indexation, site structure, page speed, redirects and metadata checks.
• Review website content and suggest improvements for rankings, relevance and user experience.
• Monitor organic performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Prepare clear SEO reports with insights, actions and recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, content analysis, reporting and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content planning, website updates and campaign enhancements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends, Google algorithm changes and emerging AI‑driven search behaviours.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on‑page SEO, technical SEO and content optimisation.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow.
