SEO & GEO Web Content Senior Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior specialist to lead SEO and GEO optimisation for our web properties. You will work closely with the Integrated Communications team to ensure our content is discoverable, engaging and aligned with user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise website content using best‑practice SEO, GEO and content design to boost visibility, engagement and conversion.
• Review and improve page structure, headings, metadata, internal linking and on‑page copy to match search intent.
• Partner with Integrated Communications to adapt and refine content for optimal web performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities through analytics, search insights and performance data.
• Establish and maintain web content standards, templates and optimisation guidelines.
• Recommend enhancements to user journeys, page effectiveness and conversion pathways.
• Support the creation of accessible, intuitive, on‑brand web experiences.
• Apply UX/UI and usability best practices to improve layouts, navigation and readability.
• Review existing and new web content to ensure compliance with digital best practices.
• Collaborate with digital and technical stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective web solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and GEO/AEO strategy and on‑site execution.
• Strong UX/UI thinking and a passion for improving digital experiences.
• Ability to work across content, digital and stakeholder teams.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering measurable results.
