About the role

Join a collaborative digital consultancy as an SEO Executive, focusing on technical, content and on‑site SEO. This hands‑on, delivery‑focused position is ideal for someone early in their SEO career who wants to learn by doing in a supportive agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of SEO work across multiple clients under senior guidance.
• Conduct keyword research, mapping and content gap analysis.
• Assist with on‑page optimisation, including titles, meta descriptions and internal linking.
• Help prepare reports, benchmarks and performance tracking.
• Support technical SEO tasks such as audits, page speed reviews and basic site analysis.
• Produce SEO documentation and content briefs.
• Collaborate with Content, Outreach, Analytics and Paid Media teams on integrated client work.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in SEO or hands‑on experience through an SEO‑focused role or internship.
• Genuine interest in how search engines, websites and content work.
• Strong willingness to learn, ask questions and build skills through hands‑on experience.
• Comfort working with data, reports and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication skills and confidence to explain thinking.
• Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working across disciplines.
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks with support.
• Kind, emotionally intelligent attitude and positive contribution to team culture.

Required skills

• Keyword research and content gap analysis.
