SEO Executive

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Executive to join OMG, Australia’s largest independent digital marketing agency. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them achieve measurable search performance improvements. This role offers the chance to develop your SEO expertise in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SEO strategies in partnership with internal teams, clients and external agencies.
• Analyse search performance data, run in‑depth audits and lead workshops to keep clients ahead of industry trends.
• Support Account Managers in client meetings and quarterly reviews with data‑driven insights.
• Monitor and optimise search campaigns, making proactive adjustments to improve rankings and traffic.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and set up analytics and tracking for multi‑channel initiatives.
• Utilise tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, SEMrush and Ahrefs to gather actionable insights.
• Develop content distribution strategies that maximise earned and owned media impact.
• Prepare presentation‑ready reports that showcase campaign results and recommendations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of digital marketing and multi‑channel concepts.
• Proven ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Strong self‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience managing projects within budget and timelines.
