SEO Consultant – Sydney

About the role

Join Australia’s largest independent digital marketing agency as an SEO Consultant. You will work alongside a team of certified Growth Gurus to design and execute data‑driven SEO strategies that help clients achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and external agencies to develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Analyse search performance, run in‑depth audits and lead hands‑on workshops to keep clients ahead of industry trends.
• Support Account Managers in client meetings and deliver insights during quarterly reviews.
• Monitor and optimise search campaigns, respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests and set up analytics tracking for multi‑channel initiatives.
• Utilise tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, SEMRush and Ahrefs to extract actionable insights.
• Create and execute content distribution plans that maximise earned and owned media impact.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring campaigns stay on track and goals are met.
• Prepare polished, presentation‑ready reports that showcase campaign performance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, integrated marketing and multi‑channel concepts.
• Proven ability to analyse data using SEO and web‑analytics tools (basic and advanced analytics certified preferred).
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey findings and recommendations succinctly.
