About the role

First Page, a leading digital agency in APAC, is seeking a Senior Technical SEO Specialist to drive advanced SEO strategies for high‑profile Australian brands. You will own complex technical audits, collaborate with developers and strategists, and deliver measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced SEO strategies across a diverse client portfolio, focusing on technical SEO and performance.
• Conduct in‑depth technical audits covering site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to implement technical recommendations.
• Own on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to boost rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Develop tracking, reporting, and attribution frameworks to measure success.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover insights and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience with a strong emphasis on technical SEO.
• Proven track record managing complex SEO campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Deep understanding of website architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawl budgets, and indexation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused mindset.
