About the role

The Senior Team Leader will guide a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality child protection services. You will ensure assessments, interventions, casework and case management meet legislative and practice standards, positively impacting children, families and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage professional and operational staff to achieve service delivery goals.
• Oversee assessment, intervention, casework and case management processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in child protection or related community services.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
