Senior Tax Manager

About the role

WT Partners is seeking a high‑calibre Senior Tax Manager/Associate Partner to join its leadership team as part of succession planning and continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced tax advisory services including corporate tax structuring, international and cross‑border tax matters, CGT, Div 7A and trust structuring.
• Oversee and review high‑level compliance engagements and conduct business due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Mentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staff, contributing to firm strategy, systems and service offerings.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualified with 8–10+ years’ experience in public practice.
• Strong commercial acumen, client relationship skills and leadership experience.
• Ambition to step into equity partnership and experience with SME and corporate clients.

Required skills

• High‑level tax technical expertise in corporate tax structuring and restructuring.
• International and cross‑border tax matters, CGT, Div 7A and trust structuring.
