About the role
The Senior Talent Manager will generate recruitment opportunities within a specialised practice area while enhancing Robert Half's brand and service offerings. You will manage the full talent lifecycle from pre‑screening to placement and drive new business development with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end candidate processes, including pre‑screening, in‑depth interviews and placement for permanent or contract roles.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, generate job orders, and provide consultative recruitment advice.
- Lead new business development by identifying and cultivating new client opportunities.
- Implement social‑media strategies to build an online brand presence and generate placement opportunities.
- Utilise Salesforce Planner for call planning and attend or host client and candidate events.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent management.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
