Senior Strategy Consultant – Business Design

About the role

Monitor Deloitte is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join its fast‑growing Strategy & Business Design practice in Australia. You will work alongside high‑performing teams to help clients across diverse industries define and act on strategic choices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a workstream or project segment, shaping deliverables and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Identify client problems, co‑design solutions, and develop structured deliverables.
• Direct research and analysis, selecting appropriate primary and secondary data sources.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coach and guide junior practitioners, fostering their consulting capabilities.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and sales initiatives.

• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex projects.
• Strong executive relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for tackling business, technological, and organisational challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
