Senior Speech Pathologist – Penrith

About the role

Join Early Start Australia’s Penrith clinic as a Senior Speech Pathologist, delivering evidence‑based assessment and therapy to children with developmental delays. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support families and help children achieve their communication goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct speech pathology services in clinic, homes, schools and via telehealth.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes for paediatric clients.
• Collaborate with families and the transdisciplinary team to monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with documentation standards.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with current SPA registration.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Up‑to‑date compliance checks: WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence & Vehicle.
• Experience with paediatric clients and family‑centred care.
