Senior SEO Specialist – Lead SEO Strategy & AI Integration

About the role

We are looking for a senior SEO specialist to own the optimisation strategy for a portfolio of clients. You will lead technical fixes, content creation and off‑page work while staying ahead of AI‑driven search trends. The role is hybrid, based within our Australian office.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO strategy, from technical audits to content and link‑building.
• Conduct in‑depth site audits and health checks using Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Help clients achieve visibility in AI‑generated answers and traditional SERPs across multiple geographies.
• Increase organic traffic and rankings through data‑driven tactics and regular reporting.
• Monitor emerging SEO and AI trends and share insights with the team.
