Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical SEO Specialist to lead advanced SEO initiatives for a portfolio of high‑profile Australian brands. You will own end‑to‑end technical SEO strategy, conduct deep audits and collaborate closely with developers and clients to drive measurable traffic and conversion growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute complex technical SEO strategies across multiple client sites.
• Perform comprehensive technical audits covering site architecture, crawlability, indexation and page speed.
• Work with developers to implement recommendations and optimise Core Web Vitals.
• Manage on‑page and off‑page optimisation to improve rankings and traffic.
• Build and maintain tracking, reporting and attribution frameworks.
• Analyse large data sets to identify insights and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience with a strong focus on technical SEO.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale SEO campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and solutions‑focused mindset.
