Senior Security Engineer – Cloud Platform

About the role
As a Senior Engineer on the Cloud Platform Access team, you will design and operate identity and access controls at scale across AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will shape secure access as a product, enabling rapid delivery while preventing excessive privileges.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse current IAM setups, identify gaps and implement improvements across public cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules, policy frameworks and internal tooling to standardise secure access patterns.
- Lead technical design discussions, contribute to design reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices.
- Establish KPI baselines, support operations and drive automation to reduce toil.
Required profile
- Proven experience securing at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure) with a willingness to learn the others.
- Strong foundation in software engineering, automation‑first mindset and ability to mentor others.
- Collaborative approach to building trust across security, platform and product teams.
