Senior Security Analyst – Managed Security Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join our Managed Security Services team, supporting enterprise customers across security monitoring, incident investigation, threat hunting and detection improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform security investigations across enterprise environments using SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk.
• Investigate suspicious activity across identity, cloud, endpoint and network telemetry and support incident response activities.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents, tune and optimise detections, and develop new customer‑specific use cases.
• Lead threat hunting activities driven by intelligence, emerging techniques and customer concerns.
• Identify gaps in logging and security visibility, support vulnerability management and contribute to automation and tooling improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with specialist CyberCX teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience working in a SOC, MSSP, MDR or security operations environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or independently handle security investigations.
• Practical understanding of incident response, containment and escalation.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to customers and senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• SIEM platforms: Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk.
• EDR/XDR platforms: Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Cortex XDR.
• Cloud security: Microsoft Azure, Entra ID.
• Threat hunting and detection tuning.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and attacker behaviours.
