Senior Security Analyst

About the role

Superloop is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to provide advanced cybersecurity expertise across its consumer, business and wholesale services. The role sits in the Cyber Team and is responsible for protecting customer data and the company’s infrastructure from sophisticated threats.

Key responsibilities

• Threat detection & response – act as the technical escalation point for security events, using SIEM, XDR and NDR tools to hunt, triage and remediate advanced threats.
• Security engineering & operations – design, mature and automate security platforms, playbooks and processes for the cyber team.
• Incident response – lead technical investigations, containment and eradication of incidents, and coordinate with engineering and, when required, customers.
• Vulnerability management – run deep‑scan assessments, analyse attack surfaces and work with engineering to prioritize remediation.
• Attack surface & third‑party risk – operate the UpGuard platform to continuously assess external exposure and vendor security posture.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a SOC, incident response or security engineering role.
• Hands‑on expertise with enterprise‑grade security tools such as SIEM, XDR, NDR and vulnerability management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, M365, AWS, Active Directory/Entra ID, virtualization and networking protocols.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix administration and a deep understanding of modern attack vectors and MITRE ATT&CK tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to guide both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
