Senior Salesforce Technical Architect – Communication Cloud

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect specialized in Communication Cloud (TACC) to lead the design and delivery of complex, multi‑cloud Salesforce solutions for telecom clients. This hybrid role combines deep technical expertise with strategic guidance across Sales, Service, CPQ and OmniStudio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architecture workshops to capture requirements and define solution constraints.
• Design end‑to‑end scalable, secure integration architectures between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as BSS/OSS, ERP and identity systems.
• Provide design governance, technical leadership and oversight to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess existing Salesforce orgs, identify performance, security and scalability gaps, and recommend remediation strategies.

Required profile

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, strong understanding of BSS/OSS domains.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud, CPQ and OmniStudio (3+ years).
• Expertise in Salesforce Core, integration patterns, security architecture, and multi‑cloud design.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Communication Cloud Accredited Professional and Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.
• Preferred certifications: OmniStudio Consultant and Industries CPQ certifications.
