Senior Sales Trainer, APAC

About the role

The Senior Sales Trainer – APAC partners with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to develop sales professionals across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will lead onboarding, deliver training programs, and support the adoption of sales methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, both virtually and in‑person.
• Develop, maintain, and update learning content and training materials.
• Review sales performance data, identify development opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with regional sales leaders and global training colleagues to align learning initiatives.
• Manage multiple training projects from planning through execution, including scheduling and tracking.

Required profile

• Direct experience in selling, sales leadership, or sales training.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Facilitation of virtual and in‑person training sessions.
• Creation and maintenance of learning content.
• Analysis of sales performance data.
