Senior Retail Sales Assistant – Sleep Coach

About the role

ResMed is looking for a Senior Retail Sales Assistant to join its Aspley clinic as a Sleep Coach. You will be the front‑line representative, creating exceptional customer experiences while promoting sleep‑health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their sleep‑health needs and recommend tailored ResMed products.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting devices and services that improve sleep quality.
• Maintain store standards – merchandising, stock control and visual presentation.
• Handle POS transactions, cash management and routine administrative tasks.
• Care for trial devices and ensure they are ready for customer use.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and monitor satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in a health‑related environment.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Strong communication skills – confident, compassionate and adaptable.
• Attention to detail in merchandising and reporting.

Required skills

• POS system experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Shopify (preferred).
