Senior Recruitment Consultant – SAP & ERP (Australia)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultants to join one of Australia’s largest specialist SAP recruitment teams. The role operates across a live SAP and ERP ecosystem, offering immediate access to established clients, candidates, and market momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dual recruitment desk focused on SAP and broader ERP opportunities, primarily contract recruitment.
• Source, assess, and place candidates across project management, business analysis, change & transformation, testing, and technical/functional SAP roles.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the ANZ SAP community.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the specialist desk and increase market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experience and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within SAP, ERP, or closely related technology markets.
• Successful track record in contract or dual‑desk recruitment.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Proactive, network‑led approach to market development.
• Commercial drive to grow an established specialist desk.
