About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will act as the bridge between organisations seeking top talent and candidates looking for their next career move. You will work within a high‑performing team, leveraging Michael Page’s market expertise and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through phone and face‑to‑face outreach, building long‑term client relationships.
• Understand client hiring needs, provide advice, and negotiate terms and fees.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, network extensively and attract top candidates.
• Support clients and candidates throughout interview and offer stages to ensure a smooth experience.

Required profile

• Curiosity, tenacity and accountability with a strong sales aptitude.
• Comfortable prospecting B2B customers over the phone and managing a 360‑recruitment desk.
• Experience in a 360 recruitment environment or a strong desire to learn business development.
