Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Civeo Australia is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment for hospitality and utility roles across its national villages business. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, partnering with hiring managers to deliver quality hires quickly while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑volume recruitment across assigned portfolio, balancing speed, quality and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers on interview processes, selection criteria and candidate evaluation.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer negotiation, contract preparation and onboarding handover.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and high‑volume positions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyse trends and provide market insights for workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in high‑volume, blue‑collar or hospitality environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated success sourcing talent in competitive markets and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Resilient, adaptable and solutions‑focused with a continuous improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Experience with HR information systems such as HRIS/Oracle.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
