Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction

About the role

Atom Resources, a specialist construction, property and engineering recruitment agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Sydney head‑office team. This full‑time, 360‑recruiter role focuses on placing white‑collar professionals within the construction sector and offers a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for construction professionals, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels.
• Build strong relationships with client hiring managers and understand their staffing needs.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to business growth strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of full‑time experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within construction.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least two years of post‑qualification work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and good IT proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and recruitment tools.
