Senior Recruiter (Hybrid, Sydney)

About the role

Mable is a fast‑growing Australian healthtech platform connecting people with disability and older Australians to independent support workers. As a Senior Recruiter you will lead talent acquisition efforts, building a diverse, high‑performing workforce that supports the company’s mission and rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers from team leads to executives to understand hiring needs and design tailored sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and develop structured interview guides to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from interview coordination to offer delivery.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Ensure data integrity in the ATS (Lever) and produce recruitment metrics using Google Sheets.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑moving tech or health sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
