Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Slattery's Tasmanian team is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Hobart or Launceston. You will independently manage the delivery of projects across a range of sectors, ensuring quality, commercial and risk management expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Apply knowledge across cost planning, procurement, post-contract administration and cost control
• Prepare and review cost plans and manage variations
• Support commercial and contractual matters
• Anticipate client needs and identify project risks and opportunities to add value throughout the project life cycle

Required profile

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, owning your projects
• Strong technical capability and experience in cost planning, procurement, post-contract administration and cost controls
• Collaborative and adaptable, able to work in distributed teams across national offices
• Willingness to mentor and share knowledge
