Senior Psychologist (Clinical Lead) - Ipswich

About the role

Healthii People Australia has partnered with Happy Brain Psychology & Counselling, a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed practice serving families across the age span, to recruit a Senior Psychologist / Clinical Lead. The position is permanent and part time (3 or 4 days per week) in Ipswich, providing tailored psychological care to clients and supporting the team with supervision and clinical guidance alongside the Clinical Director.

Key responsibilities

• Hold a clinical caseload based on your areas of interest
• Provide clinical supervision to the team
• Support clinical decision making
• Offer professional development (PD) opportunities for the team

Required profile

• AHPRA registered psychologist
• Experience with trauma and/or neurodivergence
• Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership
• Knowledge of trauma-informed therapeutic frameworks
• Ambitious high performer
