Senior Project Support Officer

About the role

The Senior Project Support Officer provides high‑level coordination, controls, governance and reporting for engineering and design projects in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leads and other stakeholders, you will ensure projects are well‑coordinated, accurately reported and delivered on scope, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent engineering projects, managing schedules, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, governance documentation and financial administration.
• Support technical/design deliverables, ensuring proper document management and quality.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide practical support to senior project staff.

Required profile

• Proven project coordination experience in engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or telecommunications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands and proactively identify issues.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint, MS Project and Power BI.
• Project reporting, governance and financial administration.
