Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of major construction projects, reporting to senior leadership. This role ensures safety, quality, commercial and stakeholder objectives are met throughout planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, programmes, resources and risk.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Lead and mentor project teams and provide clear progress reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in construction.
• Experience delivering medium to large‑scale commercial, infrastructure, industrial or civil projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
