About the role
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex building projects for government agencies, providing expert advice and leadership to ensure outcomes align with public priorities. This role oversees risk, cost, schedule and quality to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects.
- Develop detailed action plans, schedules, resource allocations and work plans.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, establishing contingency measures.
- Manage inputs and coordination among diverse stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams.
- Provide construction and planning guidance, integrated risk management, procurement and contract documentation.
- Oversee project scheduling, reporting and financial management.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering a wide range of building projects with a solid understanding of design and construction processes.
- Knowledge of various General Conditions of Contract and extensive experience leading projects, managing budgets and contracts.
- Strong communication abilities and experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
