Senior Project Manager – Fit Out

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager ready to step up into a Senior Project Manager position, delivering high‑end commercial fit‑out projects up to $30M across the Sydney CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial fit‑out projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
• Lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and oversee programmes, budgets and procurement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with pre‑construction and estimating teams to ensure safe, on‑time, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑value commercial fit‑out projects ($10M‑$30M).
• Background with a head contractor or fit‑out contractor.
• Strong understanding of Design & Construct delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
