Senior Project Manager – Energy Infrastructure

About the role

Join a leading energy company in Western Australia to shape the future of the state’s power system. As a Senior Project Manager you will be accountable for delivering complex, high‑value projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality targets are met.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining robust risk registers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular progress reports to senior leadership and external customers.
• Oversee project financials, including Capex and Opex forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, maintain resource plans and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance controls, gate checks and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale electrical network or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and forecast project budgets.
• Valid WA Driver’s License (Class C or C‑A).
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritize work and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
