Senior Project Manager - Dynamics 365

About the role

A Microsoft Partner delivering Dynamics 365 solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations. The role works closely with clients, consultants and technical teams to keep projects on track, within budget and aligned with business objectives. It suits a commercially minded PM who combines strong delivery discipline with the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects, from discovery and planning through implementation, go-live and handover.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate functional consultants, developers, solution architects and client stakeholders.
• Own project governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage scope changes and their impact on timelines, costs and delivery commitments.
• Work with delivery teams and business stakeholders to coordinate testing, training and go-live readiness.
• Build strong client relationships, communicate clearly and manage expectations throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, resource planning and change control.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and turning complex delivery issues into clear decisions and actions.
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall or blended delivery environments.
• Practical, proactive approach to resolving issues and keeping delivery on track.
• Experience in a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Background in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM; exposure to Customer Insights - Journeys and/or Field Service is highly regarded.
• PRINCE2, PMP or Agile project management qualifications are well regarded.
